Yes. Our curved motorized tracks can be custom bent at our Dahod plant based on your specific window measurements. Feasibility depends on the required radius and the fabric weight.
Do they work during a power cut?
Yes, our motors feature an internal mechanical clutch. During a power outage, you can gently pull the curtains manually to open or close them without forcing or damaging the motor gear.
What wiring is required to power the motors?
Curtain motors require a standard 220V AC supply. We highly recommend consulting with us during the electrical wiring phase so a concealed plug or socket can be provisioned near the top corner of the window.
Are remotes included or do I use an app?
It depends on the model. Most Wi-Fi enabled models allow for App control (and Alexa/Google integration) while also including an RF remote control for immediate, internet-free operation by guests or family members.
